- Calendar-based game history viewing
- Performance analytics and statistics
- Training routines and improvement suggestions
- Multi-player profile management
- Local data storage capabilities
3. User Accounts and Profiles
The App may allow you to create player profiles. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of information in your profiles
- All activities that occur under your profiles
- Keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized access
- Backing up your data as the App stores information locally
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pin Tracker SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of use or functionality
- Personal injury or property damage
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pin Tracker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create or submit through the App
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will immediately cease
- All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive
- You may lose access to any data stored within the App

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pin Tracker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pin Tracker regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
